Sometimes life gets in the way of our plans and we appreciate that it’s not always possible to keep your appointment.

All we ask that is you let us know as soon as you can, and at the very minimum 24 hours before your booking.

We regret that appointments cancelled without the courtesy of 24 hrs notice will be subject to our cancellation fee which is 50% of the treatment cost.

Please also note that if you are late for your appointment that this may result in your treatment being shortened or rescheduled.

In the event that your treatment has to be rescheduled this will be classed as a cancellation.

Certain treatments may require a booking fee which will be taken at the time of booking and can be paid over the phone via debit/credit card.
